Check digit to 7 and 8 of the IMEI number.

• • If the number of digits are 08 or 80 means your cell phone made in Germany which means the quality is NOT TOO BAD ...
• • If the number of digits are 01 or 10 means your cell phone made in Finland, which means GOOD quality ...
• • If the number of significant digits is 00 which means that your HP ORIGINAL BEST quality ...
