TO keep the system in more quiet laptops, Dell installed a new cooling technology from Intel.
Dell Vostro V130 is one of the first laptops that incorporate Intel Hyperbaric technology.
This cooling technology uses an internal fan which pulled air into the laptop to avoid overheating. In previous designs, the fan only be used to push out hot air.
In this cooling system, air is drawn channeled into the laptop components like the CPU in order to stay cool. The air drawn through the left side of the laptop then the resulting warm air expelled from the right side.
"The system is run with low speed so that the performance of the laptop is more calm," said Main Engineer at Intel, Rajiv Mongia.
"The use of cold air directly from outside and then blown into all components, making more efficient cooling solution."
Dell Vostro V130 which has a 13.3-inch screen and weighs 0.45 kg will be targeted for business users. Prices start from U.S. $ 429 worldwide.
This laptop is also supported by Core ultra-low-voltage or i5 Core processors from Intel. Complete with six-cell battery that offers 4.5 hours of usage.
Other specifications in it includes 4 GB up to 640 GB hard drive, HDMI (high definition multimedia interface), 802.11n wireless technology, 5 in 1 card reader, webcam, broadband WiMax and SIM card slot options.
